For every order under $150 we offer discounted worldwide shipping via Australia Post airmail (Up to 15 business days). You also have the option to choose DHL Express shipping (3-5 business days) for an extra cost. If you receive an item/s that is damaged, defective or not as described, a full refund including any shipping fees may be applicable. If you believe the item is not as described or faulty on arrival please contact us to resolve the issue. Once we have identified the problem we shall reimburse the full amount or send a replacement.
